1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery
To provide you with the best prices and unique products, we source items globally.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons. While we strive to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the store.
Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a Tracking Number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
You can track your package directly on our website via the "Track Order" page.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Topsie is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms delivery.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at flexcarepro@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Topsie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
